How do you really feel about your body?
There are so many statistics about women and body image. The numbers generally show that about 80% of women who are unhappy with their appearance in some way. What!? That’s staggering! What has happened to us as a society?
Why do so many of us have such body image problems and what can we do about it? We need to change. We need to learn to accept and ourselves at any size. We need to strive towards fitness from the perspective of health, not because we’re berating ourselves about our appearances.
To one degree or another, we’ve all experienced toxic relationships. You may be stuck in one (or more) now. Toxic relationships are exhausting, or worse! They can take a lot of different forms. The overall indicators are feelings that the energy is being sucked out of you, and sensations of being trapped or stuck. They make you feel heavy. Often there’s a lot of drama. There could be elements of emotional control, or even psychological abuse, maybe from manipulation, or from being drawn into mind games.
